Financing approval

CIBC has approved Balmoral House’s renovation financing. The two hundred thousand dollars renovation project is expected to start at the beginning of November 2009. The project will include new exterior, extensive interior maintenance and refurnishing.

2009 Rates adjustments

Balmoral House has revised its room rates for the 2009. The rates are now published and are adjusted accordingly to reflect the effort to ease the stress on vacation traveling. The decrease of the rates for 2009 is in result of the economic downfall that the global community has encountered in the past few months.
